Nancy Waldron

Nancy Waldron serves as the Office Manager at Gillow's Tax Service, where she is often the first friendly face clients to meet. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, finding answers, and receiving the support they need. Her calm, compassionate approach helps ensure every client enjoys a positive and seamless experience.

 

Before joining Gillow's Tax Service, Nancy dedicated nearly 40 years to education, teaching learners of all ages, from middle and high school students to college students and adult professionals. She continues to teach part-time in a virtual classroom and is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), bringing exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to both her students and the clients she serves.

 

Nancy is deeply committed to serving her community and enjoys volunteering her time to causes that make a positive difference. Her lifelong passion for helping others aligns perfectly with the client-centered values of Gillow's Tax Service.

 

Outside the office, Nancy enjoys reading, writing, gardening, cooking, and exploring the beautiful Pocono Mountains and Lehigh Valley with her husband. At home, they are happily outnumbered by their four cats, who keep life full of laughter and adventure.

 

Whether assisting clients, teaching, coaching, or volunteering, Nancy's goal remains the same, to help people feel seen, supported, and confident as they move forward.
