Danielle (Dani) Sierra

For 16 years, Dani built a career with a New York corporation before making the life-changing decision to start over in Pennsylvania with her daughter. That move was driven by a desire to give her child a better quality of life while pursuing work that would allow Dani to make a meaningful impact in her community.

Today, Dani brings more than a decade of office experience and three years of nonprofit experience to her role as Project Manager. Giving back has always been an important part of Dani’s life. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County, is an active member of the League of Women Voters, and dedicates her time to supporting our community through Where The Needs Lead Us, and with our partner Gillow’s Tax Service.

She enjoys helping individuals and families navigate their personal and financial needs, while providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive experience for every member of her community.

Outside of work, you can usually find her with a good book in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other. Her family now continues to grow with her fiancé and his two children, their three cats, and a bearded dragon named Toast. She is an avid walker and makes supporting local businesses, events and forums a key enjoyment of her personal time.
